Probably it was asked before ...

Is it possible to get file size I'm downloading with subj, and how much is already downloaded, or at least value thet indicates a "percentage" of job in progress, having in mind to build sort of progress bar ( and/or overall progress bar ) ?

The trick is to use CountingInputStream / CountingOutputStream instead of the standard file streams. Try this example: [Class] Progress bar for HttpUtils2
