can i test HMS Ads (also Huawei other service) on any phone ,or must test on Huawei only phone

HMS and all other Huawai Libraries can only run on Huawai Devices. At least as far as i know.

Test ad is no longer displayed on non-huawei devices with HMS.
it was showing a few months ago. now this is not possible. huawei device required.
