iOS Question I can not debug any app

Hello. Like in the title I can`t debug any app.
B4I version 4.81
iPhone SE 32GB with newest software
Bridge is compiled and installed. I can connect to it with Designer...
...but after compile the app and confirm "builder2 ..want to install.." Bridge goes to the background (like it should I think) but new app and IDE cannot connect with each other.
I was even try to disable Windows firewall. I was try to switch to another two routers...

Why designer can connect, install app but installed app can not conect?

As I wrote earlier Bridge was working and even Designer...

I want to record video how it works... and then I think I found the solution.

I almost never turn off or reset my computer and also firewall policy dont permit Windows to autoupdate. I must check updates manually.
So. I check it and updates for NET Framework was waiting. I update it and restart my computer.
After restart everything works like a charm
Im sorry that I was bother all of you guys.

Summary - Update NET Framework or restart computer :D
