iOS Question I have Error many time( RequestCanceled) Itunesuploader

hi all
I already Build Release App
Then Down Load Last Build
Then Uploader App to Itunes
Then I find file tmp.zip
and result.ipa
I choose result.ipa
then processes Uploading ipa file.
then taken approx 10 mint then
this error

Communication error: RequestCanceled

what problem ?
some time give error for usebackground

Submitting app (this step can take several minutes to complete).
App uploaded successfully.
