I need a different villain than the Grinch

I am making a small Christmas themed game (maybe for the compo).

I was calling it Get Grinch only to find out the word Grinch is copyrighted and pretty much
can't be used in anything.

Apparently I will be skinned alive, hung by my toenails, and thrown down a dry well by Dr. Seuss himself if I use it.

I can't think of another character to use...

From I can tell, Dr. Seuss Enterprises, and they defend it vigorously.

Do you think their lawyers would come after you? Worst case scenario you'd get a "cease and desist" email first.
You could always try Grynsh Well I guess you'll need to come with a new character.
