I/O on the ethernet Hard Disk

there's an example of how to write network hard disk?
I have no idea about the code to use.

I have access to HD only by code and I did it with ftp.dll, client.dll (network.dll) and Binary.dll, but it seems a little slow.
It is possibile only con network.dll and Binary.dll?

I don't see how it can be done with Network library.
