Android Question icon on status notification

i 'd need to know if a icon of an application that is not made from me (through b4a) is in status bar.
is it possible ?
in other words : is it possibile to know how many but --overall-- WHICH icons are inside status bar ?

Starting from Android 4.3 it is possible to listen to notifications: NotificationListener library (NotificationListenerService)
