Bug? IDE 3.00 beta 1 - Window underneath IDE pops up

When I compile a program, close it, then click the dialogs CLOSE button (see screenshot 1) the last active window behind the IDE comes to the front (see screenshot 2). In this example the Chrome browser pops up in front.
