IDE Designer apearance

I have a NETBook, Toshiba NB100, The IDE Designer shows up cutted at the bottom, and no Sliders on the side!

Thanks Erel, As it is, it renders me impossible to use the designer...so is there any tutorial for adding controls in runtime?
I also noticed the Help is disabled

BTW, what is your computer screen resolution?

There is no specific tutorial about adding controls at runtime. This tutorial does add a (complex) control at runtime:

I am currently running at 1024x600, but I believe the native res is 800x600, with 96 dpi

Corrected, native res IS 1024x600@96dpi
