IDE: Shortcut custom and other related things

I think this post is more like a wish than a chit chat discussion, but because I don't know in which forum should i write this, i choose to post in chit chat :D
Is possible to change the IDE Shortcut? I develop every day using WebStorm, Visual Studio Code and B4A, and it's difficult to change fastly the abitude of last IDE i used :)
Also, i would to know if is possible to remove top bar Subs (Subname + shortcut) and if is possible to move search bar, i think is a really bad idea to put a search bar in different context from where it is used (left side bar in my case)

Also bonus question: now the IDE is open source or i wrong understood? What differences makes for us?

There is no a really important reason behind my request, for my personal use them are a bit uncomfortable because i usually work with 2 monitor, and in second monitor i have chrome. In Chrome i use the same shortcut to switch between page, and sometimes, when i switch fastly from monitor 1 to monitor 2, i make a mistake e use the shortcut on IDE instead in Chrome, losing the focus when i was working. Also i don't like them (talking about UI :))

But if i could choose between custom shortcuts and this, i really prefer shortcuts, also i think that is a really important feature for who works in different languages :)
