IE 9 Shifting everything to the right...

I've noticed this recently... I've included an example of what I'm seeing as an attachment.

I've cleared all the cookies/cached pages and the problem will go away the first time I hit the site... 2nd time, the problem is back.

I read about a problem similiar to this at Fixing "Page Shift" Problem - CSS Tutorials - hasLayout.net by Zoffix Znet .. I don't know if it is the real problem here or not...

Something is changed from standard vBulletin. I reported a menu shift in another thread (Happens in IE8, FF, and Chrome). All other vBulletin forums I visit stretch the full width of my browser window and drop the menus down right where they should be. For some reason this forum uses 2/3 or less of my browser width and if there is any margin of blank space on the sides all my menus drop down shifted to the right about the distance of the margin of one side. IE and CSS never have played nice, so I imagine whatever is doing the static sizing is causing it to shift weird too.

Can you post the exact steps you do before it happens?
