Try it.... it's good for basketball and fitness training and features plenty of usage of CustomListView, Text to Speech and persistent TTS service in sleep and lock mode.

You pick exercises from a library or create you own and the app will produce and speak for you a series of commands via text to speech. You just need to do what it says.

This is one in a series of apps and is particularly suited for basketball and fitness. But you can make your own custom library of whatever exercises you want.
