Android Question In-App billing integration

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate the billingmanagerv3 library, to sell a product in app

i've some question:

- to integrate it, is necessary implement a service or simply use an activity?
- i have the app in published into the developer console. If i try to add a product in the section 'Product In-app', i've the message 'In order to add in-app products you must add the permission BILLING APK'. Is possible to add a test apk with that permission and do the test?

1. You can use an activity.
2. You can upload an APK without publishing it.
