Android Question In-App purchasing problems

I have had In-App purchases working fine with no issues until recently.
I now get the following error:

This version of the application is not configured fro billing through Google Play.
Check the help center for more information.

Any ideas what I may have done to achieve this?

Have you changed the application version? Or the sign key?

No I have not changed the sign key. I have only one sign key.
I have changed the #VersionCode as this must be incremented each time you upload a new APK

Try to upload the updated app to Google Play without publishing it.
