Spanish Instalacion en equipo nuevo

Tengo un portatil nuevo, lenovo thinkpad, ssd, windwos 10, instale b4a b4j, hasta alli todo bien, pero al instalar lo del sdk aparece este diagnositco.

Es trascendente, irrelevante, lo puedo dejar asi, a que se debe, etc etc etc

Si, paso a paso.

• You need to download two components, both of them do not require installation.
• Download Android SDK Command line tools
  Make sure to read and agree to the SDK license. Click on the Windows command line tools to see the license.
  Android Studio is not needed and will not be affected by the command line tools (which are always required).
• Unzip it in a folder such as C:\Android
  
• Download the required resources.
• Unzip in the same folder. It should look like this:

¿Utilizaste el 7-zip para descomprimir?. Me suena que en su momento lo descomprimí con el winzip y tuve algún problema (no recuerdo exactamente el qué)

No, use el winrar de Windows.
Funciona, solo quiero comenzar con este equipo sin esqueletos escondidos.
