Android Question Installation of B4A on windows 10

I know this is not an android question but if there is a forum for installation questions, please direct me there. I started the whole download process at the web page,"www.b4x.com/b4a.html. I followed the installation video on that page and installed Java, the SDK, the resources and B4A. In the video, B4A starts with the modules "Main" and "Starter" in the main window, When I start B4A, the modules tab is empty. I cannot see what I missed

B4A starts with the modules "Main" and "Starter" in the main window

This was before B4A 10. Now you have to go to "Files->New Project" and start a new one to see the modules
