Other Installation of prerequisites- latest instructions?

I've had a look at this thread (started in 2013) https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/b4j-download-and-install.34600/ and also have a recently purchased Mag/Book "Build your own Android App" (with Basic4android).
The above post on this forum mentions the Java Scene Builder but not the Android dev tools.
The Mag/Book doesn't mention the Java Scene Builder but does mention the Android dev tools.

I've already installed the basic Java dev tools mentioned in both the above sources but can anyone confirm for me if I do need to install the Scene Builder and/or Android SDK?

I'm planning to use the Enterprise version of B4A

The thread to which you refer is for downloading and installing B4J, an IDE for writing Java programs for the JVM.

This link covers installing B4A, and IDE for writing Android apps: https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html . You do not need (nor can you use) Scene Builder in B4A.
