Android Question Intent Based Camera & Phone Gallery

Using the Intent Based Camera app to take photos.
I would like to use the phones Gallery to view photos/videos, to enable delete/cropping etc.
On a Rooted phone, is it possible to "Hide" the "Messaging and Share" menu that is displayed?
