Interruption a outgoing call

I notice that the PhoneStateChanged() method do not fire if i interupt a outgoing call.

In alternative, how to intercept the interruption a outgoing call?
my problem is that if i started a call with bluetooth headset, after interruption the call the bluetooth headset is not connected

however my problem is with the incoming call

The state should return to IDLE after RINGING. Which states do you see?

will not generate an event when i close the outgoing call or when an incoming call rejection
