Android Question Invalid location

I test all library about location(FusedLocationProvider,location manager,b4alocationmanager and other)
But all of them library return last location for me
Example when i was in A location and then go to B location,it return A location
What's problem?

I use fusedlocation now but it return previous location

I programming project that have driver and traveler(looklike uber)
In driver i need to send location to server
If i use gps,driver have to wait to find location
But i need to realtime location

Gps use device sensor only or use network if not enable gps?

GPS uses the GPS-Sensor. It not enabled then you´ll not get any Location.
