IOS publishing app ??

hi,

does anyone have experience with publishing an app to the Apple Store?
i heard you have to wait about 7 days until its online, is it correct?

and to open a developer account do i need a company? or is it like in google play?
Are they much more tough than Google?

Each app is manually reviewed by Apple. The process takes about a week.

You don't need to be a company.
