Hi,
Does anyone have Basic4PPC running on a COWON V5 ?
COWON also has a V5W device that supports WiFi.
The COWON V5 has a WinCE 6.0 operating system.
The 4.8 inch LCD display has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.
The device has one SD card slot.
The device has a proprietary USB slot.
The device is commonly available with 16GB or 32GB of memory storage.
The device has great battery life: 45 Hours when playing Music and 10 Hours
when playing Video.
I think the device has some type of TeleChips ARM CPU running at 720 MHz.
This device might make a great development platform for Basic4PPC if it
can be installed onto the WinCE 6.0 device.
I was reading some of the forums for the device and people say that they
can manually install .CAB files and get programs to run on the WinCE 6.0
device. Some people are having problems getting Active Sync to recognize
the device and they have problems installing apps from a PC to the device
using an Active Sync connection.
Does anyone have one of these devices and have you been able to install
Basic4PPC onto the device using an ActiveSync connection from a PC ?
