Issue with sliding panels

I have an issue with sliding panels and I am sure that it will be easy to solves and that I am overlooking something but I don't know what.

Please find attached the example code (requires animation lib)

When running the program one can slide the two panels.
Just as it should be.

However when adding the msgbox command in line 36 you can't see the sliding panels anymore after pressing the OK button of the msgbox.

What am I doing wrong?

You should move the Msgbox call to Activity_Resume.

The activity is considered in pause state until Activity_Create ends. Most events cannot fire until the activity is in running state. What happens is that the AnimationEnd event cannot run in this case.
