iOS Question Itunes Connect - localisation error

All,
in order to submit my app to iTunes, I've filled all the required fields on the "My Apps" of iTunes connect.

When I press the button "send to approvement", an error arises stating that a language localisation is missing. What does it means and what should I do ?

Thanks in advance,
Sergio

Thanks Erel for your support.

After I filled all the required fields and saved the content, I could then submit the app for the verification without the "Localisation" error. Now the App status showed from within iTunes is "waiting for verification" (Warten auf Prüfung) and it has a yellow Led.
I guess I should now wait for the approval from Apple. Since this is the first time I submit an App to iTunes, I have some question:
- is this the normal process in order to submit an app to iTunes ? I mean, first fill all the fields on the App page, and then wait for approval ?
- I guess I can change/update the App description and the screenshots as well, after the App has been published/approved. Am I right ?

Yes. The English term is Waiting for review. I guess that it is the same as what you are seeing.

App review times are quite quick now: http://appreviewtimes.com/

Yes.

Tip: Don't be disappointed if your app is rejected. It can take a few iterations until they approve it. Especially for a new app.
