iOS Question iTunes connect uploader

I can't upload de app with "iTunes Connect Uploader", appear this:

Error: Unable to validate your application. Sign in with the app-specific password you generated. If you forgot the app-specific password or need to create a new one, go to appleid.apple.com

I tried to disable turn off two factor authentification but I can't, any idea?

Have you created an app specific password?

Try to set it in the password field.

Tools - Build Server - Upload... -> Password. I'm not 100% certain here.
