Hello and Happy New Year to all.
I would like to know if it is possible to use an application. Jar (B4J) in Ipad or webapp ?
I have to create a MySQL application available from IPAD ... and I would use the fantastic B4J.

Thanks Mark

The future is bleak for java web apps - increasingly apps will be useless unless they have some form of 'official' signature.
Take a look here: https://blogs.oracle.com/java-platform-group/entry/new_security_requirements_for_rias
That's an official java update due anytime this month.

Unless your java web app comes 'officially signed' you'll see not a single user.
'Officially signed' sounds like a costly business to me - sorry for being cynical.

I'm sure the potential user can disable such stupid signature requirement on their computer should they wish.
But why make it impossible to simply create what is an old fashioned applet to run in a browser without so much bullsh#t?

Martin.
