Yes, I have the ZIP file and it's missing several files.

In this case, I would attach the APK instead of the whole project to make it easy.

My prototype creation tool is coming together. Download the latest source and apk to explorer how through a few lines of code you can have a full CRUD JQuery Mobile prototype running on your device. The nice functionality is that the compiled web app is also written to an external folder of your device for you to explorer on your laptop/desktop.
