I want to know if i make keyboard visible by code, and too want to know, if is posible set caps lock by code.

Note that you are posting in the wrong sub-forum.

You can show the keyboard with the IME library. You can also limit the keyboard to upper case characters though it will probably not start with caps lock on automatically.
