B4J Question Killing a webserver running on Windows

I tried the "Helloworld" webserver example on a up-to-date Windows 10 installation. However, I cannot stop it. Re-compile throws an error (already in use) , the method shown by Erel (jps, the Taskkill of the id from the cmd console) does not work (access denied) and I do not find the server to kill with the task manager. The only way I can get rid of it is to restart the computer (or log out/in) .
I am sure there must be some better methods. Thanks for help!

Do you enter the cmd Command Prompt in Administrator mode?
