Launching two product back to back

We are in the process of releasing two programming tools back to back.

1. MixLangz a programming tool with a powerful Visual Form designer, code editor, interactive debugger and reporting. One of the unique feature is that developer can program in two languages Basic and Pascal.

2. ZenDevX a No-code web application generator which a user/developer can use to build web application in PHP without hand coding one single line of PHP/JavaScript code. The best part here is you can take the PHP code generated and host anywhere you want.

What are the supported back-ends for this?

Why are you opting for PHP when you can just use jetty webserver?

Which version of Bootstrap are you using?
