Android Question Layout loaded In Panel From Class

If you have a panel added to the activity from a class and then load a layout into the panel, is there a way to get the click events to register in the activity just as if the layout was loaded from the activity?

The events will be in the same module as the module that loads the layout. It doesn't matter where the panel was added.
