Android Question Library needed for packetmanager?

HI,

Do I need a library for the packagemanager ? What is it name?
I tried this code for retriveing the app version. Compile fails because packagemanager is a unknow statement. Maybe there is library missing is in the compiler messagebox

Sub Version() As String
'App version
Dim pm As PackageManager
Return pm.GetVersionName("My.App.Label")
End Sub
