Library update download

Hello,
in the library tab of my copy of B4A it shows the "Phone" library as version 1.35. On the documentation page I see that there is a library for Phone of version 1.37. How do I download this updated library?

I have clicked on the link, the additional libraries link, but nothing seems to lead to anything that resembles a download.

Yes, I am a purchased user.

In general where do I find updates and how should I download and install them?

I need the SetScreenOrientation function in the Phone library which is not available in version 1.35.

Update are posted in this forum Additional libraries and official updates - Basic4ppc / Basic4android - Android programming. I found the update on the first page in a few seconds.
