license file not working!!!

I just purchased the basic edition tonight and the license file doesn't work. When I launched Basic4Android, the error message is "License file is already used by other computer." Please help thanks.

Please always use the search function in the top right corner of this forum page first.
It has the magnifying glass icon in it.

Pretty much everything you'll ever want to know is already here.
