The page Marketing Your Software in the Documentation Wiki contains the how-to link and other information.

Also, if you search for "splash screen", the link comes up in first position which is why it's always a good idea to search and to check the documentation before posting.

I did a search I used the tuts but all they do is show you how to make a splash screen not how to load the menu after the splash screen.

You would load your menu and do other stuff inside the tick event after you have disabled the timer and hidden the panel.
