Bug? Location.Initialize2 Error

Hi Erel,
I looked at this post in the German forum and found that there is an error in Location.Initialize2.
This code works
Location2.Initialize2("36:52.371", "30:59.000")
but this one not !
Location2.Initialize2("36:52.371", "30:59.00001")

With the [+-]DDD:MM.MMMMM format, minute values bigger than 59 raise an error.

This is a bug in Android: Issue 2668 - android - Location.convert should allow second values to 59.999..., fails on coordinate=30:26:59.5644, coordinate was gotten from map center in a MapView - Android - An Open Handset Alliance Project - Google Project Hosting

A workaround will be available in the next update.

The issue is marked as obsolete but the bug still appears with b4ppc 2.71, gps v1.11 library on samsung tab GT-N8000 with android 4.1.2 .
