Android Question Login application

How can i make a simple login application to do the following.

User must put in
Telnumber and a pincode
(Press login)
Then the application must dial
*35*Telnumber*pincode#

On the screen must then phone is logged in, with the telnumber, and a logout button
When logout button is pressed
The application must dial *36

Is this made verry easy, or is this very difficult to make.
