Android Question Maven artifact not found: androidx.lifecycle/lifecycle-livedata-core-ktx-lint

Greetings, I have downloaded @Star-Dust library for printing to a thermal printer via Bluetooth, when I open the B4A sample project downloaded from here, I get below error message;

An error occurred.
Maven artifact not found: androidx.lifecycle/lifecycle-livedata-core-ktx-lint

Library is SD EscPos Printer (Lan,USB, Bluetooth SPP, BLE)

I have installed all SDK recommended utilities, when i search for lifecycle-livedata-core-ktx-lint, there are no results for installation, where am i missing a step please?
