iOS Question Media player interrupts Spotify or Other Music

Hello,

When I play a sound effect around 1 seconds on media player on my app it stops the music of spotify, apple music etc. I am using other fitness apps which has counters on timers and it doesnt stop my music playing on background. How can I achieve this?
