B4R Question Microcontroller Program

Hello All,

Here I am using arduino uno board[Atmel atmega328 mc] for programming.
If I want to program ARM or PIC micro-controller , can this is possible by using b4r?
Want to clear my confusion on this...

If you can use Arduino IDE to program these microcontrollers then you can probably use B4R as well.
