I wrote an app using the Exoplayer library and it works as expected on a Tronsmart, no issues.
The exact same app on a Minix NEO X8 does not show the video. It reports it is playing with position info, but no video appears on the screen. Both systems play video with videoview. Everything is the same there are no errors, just that on the Minix the video does not display on the monitor using the Exoplayer library.
This really is confusing? MINIX has Android version 4.4.2 and since it plays the video with videoview I assume the codec (which is just standard mp4 video) is there. And like I said the same exact app and video play perfectly on a Tronsmart Meta and Tronsmart Telos.
