Android Question missing aapt.exe

hi i just download basic4androind and i tried to run my app i got this message

Parsing code. 0.01
Compiling code. 0.03
Compiling layouts code. 0.01
Generating R file. Error
Cannot find: C:\Users\Asa\AppData\Local\Android\android-sdk\tools\..\platform-tools\aapt.exe
Please configure paths (Tools - Configure Paths).
