Missing Tab Control Pages on Device

Hi Folks,
Tab Control Pages appear fine on the compiled desktop version of my program, but do NOT show on my "sprint touch WM6.1" cell phone. The device program is also compiled, too. Any ideas?

On the device the tabs display on the bottom of the control.
Make sure that the whole control is visible.
