Android Question monitor app swaping in foreground.

Hi Everyone
I need to monitor the foreground application change and notify me when change happen. I have read the [TUTORIAL] Inter-app Communication with Intents by thedesolatesoul but still can't find a way to do it. Can anyone help?

Hi Erel,
I am sorry my question is not clear. I want to monitor a new app or paused app come back to foreground. Like your [Intent Filters - Intercepting SMS message in the background] to listen a broadcast that which app come to foreground or something like this. I hope you understand what I mean.
