Ohh why Motorola Motoluxe has this screen resolution

480 x 854 pixels, 4.0 inches (~245 ppi pixel density)

Is will this be problem on some of my apps or I must make some custom emulator resolution for this

The emulator also includes the built-in skin WVGA854 (480x854 pixel)

This is more or less the standard layout. The scale is actually 1.5 (240 dpi). You do not need to do anything special for this.
