First I'd like to apologies if I've upset you in any way. I thought I was asking a simple question that just needed as yes/ no answer.
I use B4x because it is the best and easiest development environment I have found. However I avoid using the forum as much as possible because I feel I am imposing.
I have a list of things I am still struggling to answer rather than ask - I spend days on them rather than ask.
I will PM you with further comments as I don't want to start an endless public discussion.

I'm afraid that the way the reply is written in MQTT client(/Broker) Updates? and closing the thread immediately makes that less likely.

This infers that they we posted at the same time which they were not. The first got no answer so I tried again.
However continuing this thread is achieving nothing useful so I suggest we leave it at that.
