msgbox to disappear off the screen

Is there some method to prevent a msgbox to disappear off the screen?

Not to sure what you mean, it will stay until you click 'ok' .

if you send msgbox command and if you see it in screen at push power button or if device go sleep mode, msgbox disappears from the screen.

I think you will have to set an indicator when the msgbox is displayed then check for for it in activity_resume.

The msgbox will be removed if the activity is paused (the code afterward will not be executed). It is technically impossible for it to stay.
