I have a great problem with mi app, because it crash after being paused for along time by the final user, some solution for this problem.

Do you have any crash logs from the Google Play console or Firebase?

Could be a lot of things. One of the most common causes of crashes of apps that have been paused for a long time is null pointer exceptions for objects that are no longer initialized. Without the crash logs it's almost impossible to say.
