Hi Erel,

first, like other users, congratulation to the very very super application B4A & B4J. I begin to use both and with the forum with full information it is not difficult to learn.
I use PIC micros and find your development applications very simple and usable.

So the question.

I try some examples from the forum, I have Sony Z1 compact connected to PC with USB cable, use USB drivers for ADB, the rapid debug is working.

What I see on my Sony is not the same like in the sample. Here is the screen shot and the picture in the sample. In mi screen the view looks like "old" style . Why ?

How can I have the same look like in the examples ?

Thank You

Andrej

The viewsgraphical aspects are define by the devices OS version so its quite normal to have different views graphic aspect specially between major versions like 2.3.6 vs 4.1 vs 5.0 Android versions.
Be sure to target the right OS version SDK

Additional said to this:

view.png shows the newer (android 5+) and the example.png shows the old (2.3.6) style.
