i have been using Audiostreamer to send audio over udp thanks to @OliverA to make this possible

but there is a performance problems because of the difference of soundcard of some phones

some phones have a size of 650 and some phones have a size of 3800

i needed a library that control or dived the audio size so it can be under 800 of buffer size what ever the phone sound card is most importantly without scratch or cutting

i will pay 250 dollars for such library .
